My wedding is on a Boat with seashell or nautical theme what favors should i get?
I do not want to get candles b/c you cant lite them on the boat and i dont want someone to lite them, i want something different that my guests could actually use, doesn’t have to go along with my theme.
in my opinion, the best wedding favor is something that (almost) everyone will like, so here is the idea i give everyone. Feel free to use it or discard it.
Get a small bag that fits with your theme (you could get something with shell or ocean pattern on it) and put chocolates, sugar-coated almonds and/or other edible goodies in the bag. You can have them in the colour of the wedding or matching with theme (maybe get choccies shaped like fish or shells) This way its not something tacky that will either be thrown out straight away or serve as clutter for peoples homes, and it can also double as place-cards if you print each guests name either on the bag or on a tag attached.
you can get really creative with this, twine that looks like rigging to tie it up and connect the name tag maybe? blue and white striped bags that look like sailors outfits, or with an anchor on the front?
